Position Overview

Whitecap’s Assistant Practice Coordinator will report directly to the Practice Coordinator and support the company by doing the following:

Assistant Practice Coordinator Functions

  • Manage multiple calendars along with scheduling client meetings and appointments for Whitecap team members
  • Help coordinate several project timelines and meeting schedules simultaneously, collaborating with project leads
  • Take written notes during select client and internal calls
  • Conduct select company research assignments and perform basic data entry tasks
  • Proofread documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
  • · Assist with additional ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed

Candidate Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with strong writing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills and great attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to excel while managing multiple responsibilities
  • Ability to work in the U.S. without any legal work restrictions
  • Willing to work Pacific time zone hours (7:30am PT – 5pm PT)

Location and Travel

  • Expectation is that individual will work from home with no travel requirements. Must be comfortable communicating with clients and colleagues via phone, email, and instant message
