Position Overview

Whitecap’s Business Intelligence Analysts play an instrumental role in leading a wide array of data analytics activities in support of Whitecap client engagements, including:

Analyzing large data sets from healthcare clients at the patient record level across multiple data systems
Leading in the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of client and Whitecap data
Maintaining Whitecap’s expanding data warehouse
Creating and updating Tableau dashboards for Whitecap clients
Working with Whitecap team members in the tracking requested client data
Working with Whitecap team members in the standardized of PPTX slide development
Developing documentation of various data architectures, data flow and data models

Candidate Qualifications

Degree in an IT-related discipline preferred (ideally with healthcare data analytics)
SQL experience (data architecture, performance tuning, advanced query writing skills)
SQL Server Integration, Reporting and Analysis Services preferred
Tableau and/or Power BI required; Python preferred
2+ years of experience in a professional service firm
Ability to work effectively with team members to achieve results in tight timeframes
Ability to work in the U.S. without any legal work restrictions
