Position Overview

Whitecap’s Business Intelligence Analysts play an instrumental role in leading a wide array of data analytics activities in support of Whitecap client engagements, including:

  • Analyzing large data sets from healthcare clients at the patient record level across multiple data systems
  • Leading in the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of client and Whitecap data
  • Maintaining Whitecap’s expanding data warehouse
  • Creating and updating Tableau dashboards for Whitecap clients
  • Working with Whitecap team members in the tracking requested client data
  • Working with Whitecap team members in the standardized of PPTX slide development
  • Developing documentation of various data architectures, data flow and data models

Candidate Qualifications

  • Degree in an IT-related discipline preferred (ideally with healthcare data analytics)
  • SQL experience (data architecture, performance tuning, advanced query writing skills)
  • SQL Server Integration, Reporting and Analysis Services preferred
  • Tableau and/or Power BI required; Python preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a professional service firm
  • Ability to work effectively with team members to achieve results in tight timeframes
  • Ability to work in the U.S. without any legal work restrictions
